Putting our home on the market was one of scariest things we have ever done.
As a family of four with young children, keeping stability in an uncertain
housing market seemed to be a daunting task. We had never sold a home
before and had no idea as of what to expect or how things would fair.

us very quickly, within 48 hrs, at our convenience . When he arrived he was
very prepared with more information than we could digest. He did a walk
through to see the upgrades we had done, then explained the nearby
comparable sales and how we compared to them. His knowledge of the area and
of his trade was very impressive. When he finished meeting with us we
agreed we were close but weren’t completely on board with the sale. Given
the amount of information we were given we needed to digest it all.
After almost five months of debate and meeting with 2 other agents we were certain
Mike was our agent. Mike was the most professional, well prepared,
non-pushy agent we had meet with. His organization and prompt response time
made this a no brainer for us. From our first meeting until after closing
we never once felt pressured in any way. He made us feel confident in our
decisions by giving us all the information up front and letting us make the
best choice for our family. Our home was under contract very quickly but
took a few months to close because of our buyer, but during this time Mike
was in constant contact updating us on every aspect and detail of the
process.
Mike was truly a pleasure to work with from our first meeting,
his knowledge and attention to detail was impressive and his mannerism and
quick responses always made us feel like we were in control. In a market
of uncertainty we always felt that our home was his top priority and his
confidence helped us rest easy knowing we were in great hands.
Mike also represented us with the purchase of our new home. This purchase was
as great as our sale.
